Proposal of change company organization structure

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest new organization structure in the industry company, the main is to focus on individual organization components and to specify goals, which would be achieved by this restructure. The proposal of new enterprise organization structure is made on basics of analysis of present situation in company, provided information and internal sources from employees and Management Company. In scope of this diploma thesis I suggested new organization structure, which faces to improve of its efficiency – decreasing of costs and increasing of productivity.

This process contains planning, organising, leading people, controlling and realization of project from proposals to archiving documents. The aim of thesis to suggest changes leading to the time reduction of order process and cost saves.

Delegation of powers to the director of the kindergarten the other leaders of the school, depending on the size of the school and the number of remote sites

The final bachelor thesis deals with the process how to delegate the nursery school director's power and responsibility to other senior executives. The theoretical part of the thesis makes use of the findings gained from the management literature, depicting the topic of delegating in a broader context. The subject is also applied to the education system, particularly nursery school directors. The analysis of the quantitative research, using questionnaire survey designed for nursery school directors, presents a comparison of the current state of delegating process in public nursery schools with and without detached departments. This thesis is beneficial for nursery school directors as a means of support in their own process of delegating power and responsibility to other senior executives of the school, as well as to founders of schools who decide about autonomy or merging nursery schools. Structure of stage games

Title: Structure of stage games Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to work out directions about how to put together a stage game. To create a certain directions which would help others, be they organisers and instructors of camps or residential trips, with a preparation of a successful programme and to advise them on which mistakes they should avoid. Methods: The thesis is of a survey study character and it is based on research of available materials. The goal is to collect information and subsequently organise and interpret them in relation to the given topic. The thesis is not of the experimental type, it is rather a descriptive work and its structure is not connected to hypotheses and neither is it asking any scientific questions. Results: The results of this thesis are presented in the form of generally applicable recommendations in relation to the issues dealt with that is the stage games. That became the base of the proposal of a factual stage game called "The rescue of the planet" which was put into practice in April 2015.
